Horn and fixture

You are looking for sonic horns and fixtures. All parts are developed and produced and as well tested in house. You need horns, boosters or fixtures for your welder or machines? We offer parts in the frequencies of 20, 30, 35 and 40 kHz in good price and quick delivery.

Especially for Shikoku and Elopak filling machines we deliver the sonic components to the weld the plastic closures/fitments into the gable top carton.


                                                                                                        

We do optimization of the sonic welding process and bring your system to a production safe output. We do training onside for your staff and offer also service on filling machine especially on screw cap applicators on Shikoku, Elopak, Galdi, Auro and Nimco. We have mostly all sonic components on stock or with a very short delivery time available.
